.Rights to personal property during divorce when wife left home 4 months ago?

My wife left marital home over 4 months ago. We are currently in 3 months of divorce proceedings. She abandoned the home and also removed items without permission months ago. Can she still now request a list of items she wants and get them? or has she given up all rights to those items now?
