When starting over after divorce is having a physical relationship with someone a good thing?

I know Im not ready for any deep relationship, it wouldnt be fair to the other person. I realize that I still have deep feelings for my ex. and dont want to lead anyone on. Still im just a man and like everyone have needs and desires. Any advice?
